Account Access FAQs How do I access information regarding my account using the Internet?Our company makes it easy for you to request account information on the Internet. All you do is enter your Customer Number and a PIN (Personal Identification Number) after you have been issued with a PIN. This information is then encrypted and sent to our application to complete the transaction. Why is the system unable to locate my account? Some accounts are not eligible for online account access. If you have questions, please call the Customer Service Centre on 1800 240 651 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday EST. How do obtain a PIN? All new customers will be sent a PIN automatically in the mail. For existing customers, please call the Customer Service Centre on 1800 240 651 to order your PIN. This PIN must be changed to a personally selected number the first time you use Account Access. How many digits should my PIN be? Your PIN must be six numeric digits and cannot be all zero's. To make your PIN as secure as possible, do not use your birthday, telephone numbers or the same number repeated like 444444 or 666666. You also should not use your Contract number or Customer number under any circumstances. To access information on my account, I have to enter my Division number. Where can I obtain the Number? Your Division number is required if you are a fleet customer set up in our System with separate divisions. We will provide you with your division number if you call the Customer Service Centre. I received a message stating that I have exceeded the number of allowed attempts to access my account and I have to reset my PIN. Why? In order to make your account information as secure as possible, we have limited the number of unsuccessful attempts to access accounts. While having to reset your PIN may be inconvenient, it is necessary that we require you to do this so to protect your account. Yes, by calling the Customer Service Centre on 1800 240 651 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (EST). Will my transactions be secure on the Internet?
